About The Foundation

We make grants in the areas of Arts & Culture, Education, and Civic Improvements

Since 1997, the Herzfeld Foundation has advanced the goals and interests of its founders, Richard and Ethel Herzfeld, by contributing more than $100 million to nonprofit organizations and initiatives that have enriched Milwaukee’s arts and cultural opportunities, supported the academic success of its children and youth, and improved the overall quality of life for all Milwaukeeans.
